The all new Cobra L5V is a mastery of engineering and design, taking the most desired aspects of golf and combining them into one supernatural driver. Th e only complaint I had was when I moved to New Mexico.
L5g L5v has some increased technology in the head but it still feels much the same as the Speed LD. The adjustability of this driver is a helpful added feature, but I have found leaving it at cobrq square works best for me.
If this review merely focussed on performance I would be telling you to go out and get one now. I am a 10 handicap golfer with a swing speed over mph so I needed a stff shaft with a driver head that would last.
I have used the Cobra Speed LD for the last several years. L5V Driver is a winner!
I bought the flex shaft which made me fade the ball at the start. You could throw any swing at this and the ball still sailed long and straight so impressive is its forgiveness.

What does this have to do with the L5v. Added a few yards to my driving, but better than that, keeping the ball in play! Sits well on tee, and feels good in hand.

Forgiving is very safe to say on this driver and distance is Holy Cow. Sounds a little thuddish, but does have a hot spot and seems forgiving on mishits. I have found that the bold claims which Cobra make completely untrue in my case.
Kind of adjustable but I would not buy it for that. The Cobra L5V has been scientifically engineered to produce drives that are generally seen in Adam Sandler comedies. Aimed at all players the L5V comes in a range of lofts from 8. Although it appears large and cumbersome the ease of shot making far out ways the initial fear.
If you like the noise at impact then we would certainly recommend that you get one in your bag.
