I had Network Scangear installed on Windows 7 per your instructions and it worked for about a year and a half. Would you have a suggestion for another application that will interface with scangear and preferrably have an option to save to pdf format?

If you want to change the orientation of a Korean or Chinese document, without using [Auto-adjust Orientation], set [Orientation] and change the orientation of the document manually, ywain rotate the document on the platen glass of the scanner. It says no twain compliant found.
