No sound, no wireless, hot-keys didn't work and a bunch of system drivers had the generic microsoft drivers installed.

The minute I got home with the system, I formated it deleting all partitions in the process. I was shocked by the speaker quality and actually prefer them over my headphones.

I truly have sympathy. The bad part of this is that any legit CD's are also not going to be playable in a standard DVD player, while they will work in your computer. The machine is not able to be updated. I called Auudio and they told me my only option was to send the machine back to them for reimaging.
